    Having just arrived back in Sydney, we wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the lovely stay we had. All of the staff and the terrific ladies in house-keeping were so lovely and so accommodating. We travel quite a bit for business and have not yet experienced the high level of service and professionalism that welcomed us at Caroline Serviced Apartments.

  • Thanks for your email. We have only just got the internet working! We definitely miss the ease of internet, TV etc we had enjoyed at Caroline! Having to cope with the varying levels of service, including having no electricity when we were constantly being told it was connected and waiting 10 days for internet service, have made us appreciate our stay with you even more.
     
    We really enjoyed our time at Caroline and shall definitely recommend it to our friends when they come to stay in Melbourne. We would like to give you, and especially Warwick, our sincere thanks for all your help and support during our stay. Such great service made our transition to Australia much easier than it might have been.
